Executive Committee
BJS is proud of having a very strong Executive Committee. The members of the committee have the talent and vast expertise in their own field of work. All the members are from banking or microfinance sector or have a very deep involvement with the social development sector. The team is a combination of members from a diverse fields of work which gave BJS a very comfortable feeling for running microfinance as well as social development works very effectively and smoothly. Mr. Tapan Kumar Das
President
Qualification: M.Com
Experience: Shri Tapan Kumar Das has more than 32 years of experience in MFI sector in renowned organizations. He has working experience in the sector as head of the projects in foreign countries too. He is an M. Com and done a certificate course on Management Skills for Rural Development in The Reading University, U. K.
Mr. Sumit Banerjee
Vice-President
Qualification: M.Com.
Experience: Working as an “Assistant Coordinator” under the State Rural Development Agency (an Agency of the Panchayat & Rural Development Department of West Bengal Government). A devoted social worker, associated with many social development activities with keen interest and sincere participation.
Mr. Abhijit Das
Secretary
Qualification: B.B.A
Experience: Mr. Das is associated with BJS for more than five years, having more than two years of experience in social development and microfinance fields. Mr. Das has received various capacity building trainings from AMFI-WB and Sa-Dhan.
Ms. Punam Shaw

Qualification: M.A. in History
Experience: More than five years experience in Micro Finance & Social Development sector and performed her duties at various capacities in the position of MIS & Operations. She has done B.A. Hons.(in History) from University of Calcutta and later done M.A . She has got various trainings from Sa-Dhan, M2i and Oikocredit on Data Analyzing & Financial Analyzing. She is associated with BJS since 2015.
Ms. Dipasa Das

Qualification: M.A. in Education
Experience: Ms. Das is a dynamic lady who holds a degree of M.A. in Education. She has a good leadership qualities and ability to handle challenging assignments. She is interested to devote herself to the service of the unprivileged people of the society for uplifting their socio-economic condition.
Ms. Rituparna Biswas

Rituparna Biswas, an MBA graduate specializing in Marketing, has carved an inspiring career path. From 2010 to 2018, she honed her skills and expertise while working with BJS, making significant contributions to the organization. Today, she has ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully running her own business and shaping her vision for growth and innovation.
